The experience of our firm in combination with our size allows us to deliver large projects with the care and attention to detail of a small firm relationship.
To fulfill each project’s unique demands, we set rigid schedules and develop formal lines of communication with all project stakeholders. We believe the 40+ years of successful projects is due in no small part to the level of service and expertise we provide. Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd. is a full-service company, and we take pride in our strength of successfully steering projects through the design, Municipal Approval processes, preparing accurate and detailed working drawings, assisting and reviewing bids and tenders, and monitoring construction.
We work as an advocate on behalf of our clients to ensure that budgets and schedules are met. We are known for thinking and demonstrating deep commitment to our clients and projects.
Our work deals equally with small and large projects from feasibility studies, to full design, preparation, and execution of multiphase multi building projects.

The People
Glenn Piotrowski
B.Arch., OAA
Glenn graduated from the University of Toronto School of Architecture and subsequently founded the firm Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd. in 1978.
Glenn has built the practice by striving to set the highest standard of design, service, and client support. Glenn has more than 40 years of experience and has completed over 1000 projects across Canada including residential, office, commercial, industrial, and recreational uses. Glenn also has a long history and expertise in purpose-built facilities for radio, television, and film production.
Currently Glenn is the principal and architect for the construction of over six million square feet of industrial and commercial buildings in the greater Toronto area.
Glenn enjoys spending time with his wife and family, walking his dog by the water, and meeting up with friends when travelling.
Geza Tormasi
BES, B.Arch., LEED AP
Geza was educated at the University of Waterloo, School of Architecture. In 1991 upon Graduation, Geza joined Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd.
During his 30 years with Glenn Piotrowski Architect, Geza has been involved throughout all stages of major projects, including design development, contract documentation and contract administration. He has the experience and ability to act as lead project manager and be responsible for administering all aspects of the project including the consultant team.
Geza has a broad range and depth of expertise and experience related to codes, construction, and approvals which provides him with a wealth of skills and experience for all of the diverse project types delivered by Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd.
Geza enjoys traveling, being at the cottage with his family, and cycling.
Andrew Piotrowski
M.Arch., OAA
Andrew was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California while on a tennis scholarship. Following graduation, he moved to Toronto from Los Angeles and completed a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto.
Since 2010, Andrew has worked closely with Glenn and Geza of Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd. on all phases of projects and project types. Andrew is an integral part of conceptual designs, detailed design, document preparation, and contract document execution. Andrew has recently been involved with all aspects of a multi-phase development for Pinewood Toronto Studios in Toronto’s Port Lands area.
Andrew enjoys being active with all things running and cycling related and spending time with his wife and son.
In addition to the leadership of our firm the office is supported by an incredible team of hard-working and committed project architects, intern architects, and office support staff.
